Shipping and delivery Australian Orders You acknowledge and agree that Orders placed on the Website may only be delivered within Australia & NZ and that any Order placed on the Website with an international delivery address other than NZ may be cancelled and refunded by Faulls Group (except any costs incurred by Faulls Group associated with your Order, such as international bank or processing fees). Delivery Delivery of the Products (Delivery) is taken to occur at the time that:
you, or your nominated courier takes possession of the Products at the address specified by Faulls Group; or
Faulls Group (or Faulls Group nominated courier or postal service) delivers the Products to the delivery address that you have provided, even if you are not present at the address.
