What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All orders are shipped via Sendle (Courier) and Australia Post standard delivery, depending on location within Australia.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently ship to New Zealand only however watch this space…

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders can take up to a maximum of 7 days, but we always endeavour to deliver in the shortest time possible.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Faull’s Shoes collects payments via PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account. You can pay via PayPal using a Credit Card.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our website has several layers of security. We collect payment via PayPal and therefore do not hold any sensitive information on our site.

You will need to contact us as soon as possible to cancel/change your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. You may check out as a guest, however by creating an account we’ll remember your details to make your next shop easier.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive email updates advising of completion of your order.

If your order is sent via Sendle (Courier) you will receive delivery status emails, however Australia Post do not offer this service.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact our Head Office via email shop@faulls.com.au or Phone (03) 5331 2999 to advise of your return.

You will then need to return the item to our Head Office:

Once received we will assess your shoes and refund your Purchase Price via PayPal.
